Terms & Conditions
Accidents happen! If for some reason the item you receive does not meet the description it was listed with, you will be eligible to receive a refund.
Unfortunately goods cannot be returned simply because you've changed your mind.
Ophop’s policy lasts 30 days, therefore you have 30 days from receiving your parcel to notify us of any imperfections.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused by you and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, and outline its status.
